전압이 인가된 pn diode에 흐르는 전류를 계산할 수 있는 이상적인 모델(ideal current-voltage model)을 유도해 봅니다.
7:22 7:52 majority carrier 를 Pn, Pn0 라고 이야기하는데 잘못되었습니다. Pp, Pp0 가 맞습니다.
